Initial Consultation - $150.00/hr. Time: 60mins
Your first appointment will include a thorough nutrition assessment, which involves a comprehensive discussion on things such as;
- Relationship with food and diet
- Nutrition impacting symptoms
- Dietary intake, patterns, influences
- Identifying and establishing nutrition goals
- Nutrition diagnosis and summary
- Individualised and tailored nutrition education and counselling
- Mental health considerations
The aim is to support you in achieving your goals (big or small) through improving your overall dietary habits in a safe, non-judgmental and comfortable setting (and what could be more comforting than doing all of this in the safety of your own home!).

Review Consultation - $80. Time 30mins
A shorter, ‘checking in’ discussion on how you’re progressing towards your identified goals. This will include things such as.
- Identifying success and challenges towards accomplishing nutrition goals
- Maintaining motivation and accountability towards change
- Adaptations and modifying dietary plan
- Tailored education and practical advice
The frequency and amount of review sessions will vary pending on your individual needs. This will be discussed during your consult.
NDIS SERVICES
Initial Dietitian Consultation and Diet Plan Development. Item Number 12_025_0128_3_3
Price: $193.99/hr. Time: 60-75mins
via Telehealth or Home visits*
Providing individualised and tailored nutrition advice on managing diet and health. Initial consults include;
- Nutritional Assessment and diagnosis
- Education on dietary impact specific to participants' goals and aspirations
- Nutritional therapy and interventions tailored to participants' goals and aspirations
- Dietary planning and enteral feed regimen development
- Home Enteral Nutrition (HEN) education and scripting, if relevant
Review Dietitian Consultation and Diet Plan Development. Item Number 12_025_0128_3_3
Price: $193.99/hr. Time: 30-45mins
via Telehealth or Home visits*
Shorter follows up after initial consultation to review and monitor the progress of nutrition intervention and therapies towards achieving participants' goals and aspirations. Review consults include;
- Nutrition counselling and further education
- Adjustments to nutritional plans, enteral regimens or HEN scripting
- Evaluation of progress made toward participants' goals or aspirations
- Communicating progress, adjustments or changes to participants' nominated supports.
Capacity Building - Managing Dietary Needs. Item Number 15_062_0128_3_3
Price: $193.99/hr. Time: 30-60mins
These services can be provided to participants to assist them to undertakein undertaking activities of daily living (where appropriate and relevant) and training participants nominated carers such as;
- Appropriate food recipe identification and modifications
- Meal planning and preparation, including food storage safety, budgeting
- Training in planning, preparation and delivery of enteral nutrition formulations, including blended tube feeds (where deemed appropriate)
- Grocery shopping and education (in-person or online), including label-reading and interpreting ingredients lists.
*Home visits can be conducted to participants living within the Gold Coast local government are;a however will incur additional travel fees byh NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2021-22)
